Our  Facility

Our facility was designed specifically to be a Montessori school. It contains spacious classrooms filled with natural light. Each classroom is neatly furnished with the educational materials developed by Maria Montessori. The children are encouraged to explore the materials in the classroom and are guided by specially trained teachers to make discoveries.

The prepared environment in each of our classrooms is filled with multi- sensory learning manipulatives.  The manipulatives are organized in a specific sequence beginning with the simplest, most concrete representation of the subject matter, then make a gradual progression to the abstract.  

Northview Montessori is located close to the center of Boise near the Boise Town Square Mall.  It is a short 10-minute drive from downtown, the Northend, and Eagle Road. Additional benefits of its location are the public pool and public park with a state of the art playground that are across the street from the school.  

On the grounds of our school is a new playground that includes several large play structures and a sun shade, a large shaded sandbox, a shady grassy area, and a paved play area for basketball and four-square.
